Refund Policy

At Global Net Services, we strive to provide the highest quality services. However, due to the nature of digital and customized services, we maintain the following refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started.
  • The client cancels within 24 hours of making a payment and no significant work has been initiated.
  • Services were not delivered as described or there is a technical error on our part.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Domain registration and hosting charges
  • Work completed and delivered
  • Customized software development after approval
  • Third-party service charges

3. Process for Refund

Send a refund request to support@globalnetservices.biz with your transaction details.

We will credit eligible refunds within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disagreements, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual discussion before pursuing legal action.
